"First time I used Wheel Monsters and would never use them again. I restore cars and motorbikes back to new condition. The amount of work Wheel Monsters could of had off me just from word of mouth alone would of been tens of thousands. I was told to drop my BMW wheels off Friday 8am which i did. Was told I would get them back same day, Monday at the latest. Monday 15:30 came no update from wheel monsters. Just me having chase them for updates. Eventually got told my wheels would be ready Wednesday 17:30. 18:30 and i could hear them popping the tyres back on. Chris offered to put them in my van for me when i went to grab them. From afar the colour of the wheels looks fantastic but that's all what i can say good about wheel monsters. Negatives Silver weights used on now dark coloured wheels. Placed on the outside of the rim not even hidden. The weights can be placed on the inside of the rim hidden from plane site and the balancing machine will calibrate this for you. The weights fell off when i got home to put the wheels on. Two of the wheels need doing again. Just look at the state of them on the pictures. Wednesday night i sent them the pictures, Chris replied Thursday Morning say he will do the wheel, i replied straight back on watsapp if i bring the wheels can they do it today Friday 23rd September which is today. So 8 days later no response back from Chris. At Chris keep the £360 you charged me. Its not worth my time and stress I will get someone else to correct them as they wont survive a winter the state they are in. If the shoe was on the other foot you wouldnt be waiting in limbo, I would of sorted you out straight away and put the job right so you were happy especially if its first time you used my services. Infact I wouldnt of done such a poor job in the first place. Wheel Monsters Marketing looks good, and point 7 on their website they say they Quality Check each wheel. Its just a load of BS. If you quality checked my work you would of seen it. I noticed it straight away soon as i went put the wheels back on the car. Is that why you insisted on putting the wheels in my van in the hope i wouldnt notice?? It was your fast turn around time that clawed me in. Anyone who gets their wheels done here then you really need to check the inside of the each wheel and not just the face of them. Anyway you live and you learn..."
"Recently had my damaged 763 alloys in for a refurb in Wheelmonsters signature shadow chrome along with brake calipers & hibs painted gloss black. They now look amazing and the really brings out the detail. Awesome job guys."
"Had my 35 year old alloys refurbished by wheel monster, what an amazing service I had from them, if you want a company that will go the extra mile then look no further, they looked after me and the attention to detail was fantastic, I will be using them for all my powder coating on my restoration. I Will 100% use them again and will have no problems recommend them to anyone."
"Damaged one of my 3 month old alloys after avoiding a head on collision. Although it wasn't the worst (I know some people would probably leave it) with them being so new I wanted it looking good again so wanted/needed a repair fairly soonish. These guys managed to fit me in 3 days later and I'm made up with the results. Would highly recommend them - great quality, great service, great staff! It looks brand new again now ☺️"
