"Very unorganised, you will be lucky to get through on the phone as there seems to be only 2 mechanics and no other staff working there to deal with calls. Paid nearly £300 for a major service with providing own parts, yet the basic stuff like tyre pressure and brake fluid were just left out. I forgot the gearbox oil and phoned up the same day after, to be told I would get a call the next day (assuming that they couldn't be bothered to check price etc at 4.40pm, too close to hometime probably) and never received a call back even when I phone again the next day I was assured that I would get a call when they were free. I have basically paid £285 for 3 hours labor and no parts. If you want a budget service then this is the place to go, unfortunately I got my AMG serviced here thinking I was saving myself money - when I didn't even get what I paid for. My advice would be go another indy garage or just get a service plan. They will also book you in on a scrap piece of paper that they can't find, don't call and don't give you a time slot."
