They weren't willing to repair the fence and instead were wanting to charge me around £1000 to install a new fence! Although we never met in person, his approach is very professional- he sent me a job spec beforehand (to make sure the scope of work and price was clear and agreed), he kept me updated throughout, did everything on time and to a high standard, and in the end sent me an email invoice for me to do a bank transfer. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again if I needed any more jobs doing."
