"I have been using SJR in Chester since Richard and the team started their business and have never been anywhere else for car repairs since. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and they have helped my wife (a woman) multiple times as I work away. Works have always been completed within the suggested time frame and they always let you know if any unexpected issues or costs arise during the vehicles diagnosis and repair. Honest, hard working lads who charge very fair prices for the work they do vs the main dealers. As recently as yesterday Richard very kindly came to my home address after the car would not start and my wife (a woman) was stranded with no vehicle - that is customer service……….."
"Nick was very rude and patronising to my girlfriend and her mother. He had the car three times and each time the car is taken in he finds more and more issues to fix. Would never use this garage in the future. People like this really ruin the trust toward car mechanics. Seems like he has an issue with women as there are similar negative reviews."
