"After visiting the Chester store 4 times which took me 40mins to get there the 1st 3 times the generator was broken and no one had the decency to phone me to cancel the appointments I had and on my 4th visit I was told the tyres i purchased online were not there I never received any apology so asked for refund definitely would not recommend or use again"
