"Having to take your dog to be put to sleep is 1 of the hardest things I've at to witness, the vet was fantastic if that's the right word, I was upset and in shock, but he explained everything and was supportive and the staff. It's so difficult at the moment with the fine line of taking cash after the experience, but unfortunately money is the carrot for everyone. "Sadly in May we had to say goodbye to our beloved dog Trooper he's was 12yrs old and he was an amazing dog. Animals trust were so lovely and after he had passed they took paw prints and sent them to us. I was so surprised to receive them in the post as we didn't know they had done this, I have since had the paw tattooed on my leg leg so I can take him for walks always. In September we welcomed our new puppy Willow and once again they have been amazing with her for her puppy jabs. Big thank you xxx"

I phoned and took Lilly my dog straight in, they were so professional. The news was not good, and had to let her go over the rainbow. I was so taken back with there kindness at the time.
