"I am over the moon with the level of customer service my daughter and I received here yesterday! My daughter aged 5 has been wanted her ears pierced for over a year but has been very unsure. Yesterday she wanted them done so we went over to Superdrug in marshalls yard. 1) I never knew Superdrug did this service and 2) They did a brilliant job. Alex who pierced my daughter was so lovely, friendly and supportive. She explained everything to my daughter and I and showed Amelia the ear rings. She chose gold little hearts. Throughout our time here I asked Amelia if she definitely wanted them done and she said yes. Amelia had 1 ear pierced first and yes she became very upset and didn't want the other ear pierced which is understandable. Alex, Anna and Kim (staff members at Superdrug) were absolutely fantastic with Amelia they gave her a sticker for being brave and a certificate. After cuddles and chats with Kim, Alex and Anna, Amelia had her other ear pierced. Amelia loves them and said "mummy they look really pretty". Thank you so much Kim, Alex and Anna for all of you support yesterday! I will never forgot it and will highly recommend you all!"

"Had my eyebrows threaded today, really lovely experience, felt very comfortable and at ease, all of the necessary covid precautions . I also needed advice on a new foundation, a big step for me but the same lady was very patient and took time out with me. A very personal time and much appreciated, highly recommended. X"

"Visited this store recently to get my daughter and her friends helix pierced recently. I phoned up prior to check if they did pierce here and was advised they do and to come in. About an hour later I popped up with the girls and a young blonde lady named Alex was doing the piercings. Unfortunately she advised that without prior booking she may struggle to get us in although I wasn't told this on the phone. Regardless of this and although she was really busy she still said she could pierce my daughters ear which would have no doubt caused her extra workload, but needed parental consent for my daughters friend. She was polite, informative, helpful and willing to go out of her way to satisfy us as customers. Meaning although we left without the girls ears pierced on this occasion we left happy and contented that she had done everything she could to help us. We would definitely come back again in future. Thank you for your help :-)"

"A very large store,all on one level,with all the usual covid pandemic safety hand sanitisers, floor markings & signage in place.The long Isles with fully stocked shelving make this location possibly a one stop health & beauty shop.Wile browsing the fragrance department I was acknowledged by a staff member on the checkout till by the side,After a few mins I did request assistance as this section wasn't staffed .From the shop floor along came a very pleasant & welcoming lady who provided me with a couple of fragrance tester cards,the choices being selected from the Hugo Boss range as they had a few half price offers on .I did leave the store to go outside to remove my face mask to smell the sents .I later returned back inside & was approached by the same staff member from the shop floor who recognised me from before,wile making my mind up which fragrance to have,the lady in question was very informative about a special offer in place regarding buying a fragrance then getting a 2nd for half price .I ended purchasing both the Hugo Boss fragrances,On my till receipt it says I was served by Marie ,who was excellent throughout during my shopping experience in the fragrance department."
