"Open 24/7. Ample parking to the side carpark. Always been professional and helpful. If they've been out of stock of a specific item, they've advised me that they'd have it in the next day. Decent range of frozen food aswell."
"Purchased bensons gold cigarettes , Charged me £15 they are fake replica . Exact replica packaging but the cigarettes are poor quality. I’m a smoker for over 10 years , I can tell the difference. I have forwarded details to trading standards who will take appropriate action soon ."
"24 hours open . Cool. Check traffic first busy road. Better to make sandwiches and have crisps water or pop. He has papers too."
"Rubbish. Don't let you drop off parcels over the weekend! Lol you have to wait till Monday till they will accept it. Nowhere else does this!"
"Went there very recently and the cash machine didn’t give me my money but it did withdraw it from my bank account. Went into the shop (as I could pay for my shopping with my bank card) and I happened to mention to the staff member what had happened. He said the cash machine had done this before so I asked him what was the outcome. He became very aggressive and nasty, got three friends to appear in their car, (making five in total) who then tried to harass me and my son and his girlfriend. When we started to take their car reg number they drove off. He verbally threatened me and turned very personal and nasty, all unprofessional and not what you would expect from a NISA employee. Even the other staff member who was stacking the shelves agreed how he was acting was uncalled for. I recorded the altercation with my phone as I feared for my safety. He then refused to serve me and banned all three of us from the shop (even though we are regular customers and spend a lot there). Due to this staff members behaviour (he refused to give his name) we had to call the Police. They attended quickly as this was not the first time something like this has happened apparently. I was offered the chance to prosecute for the threats (he said he was going to strangle me, said I should sell myself on the street and other crude and vulgar things), but I declined although the Police have logged it for future reference. The Police then had to stop another car full of his friends from following me home. Really disgusting behaviour all round. I would like the owner of the store to contact me direct as they probably have no idea they have such an unprofessional nasty staff member on their payroll."
