"Plenty of choice for all age groups. The store at Crown Point Leeds is over two floors, with an escalators for easy access. Down stairs being anything from childrens electric rides, dolls, action figures, TV character sets, dinosaurs, hugh selection of board games to jigsaws. While upstairs houses computer games, games consoles, gaming chairs, retro arcade games to lego projects. There is also some baby products like chairs, buggys and baby pens. Smyths still offer a free take home catalogue as well as the online store."
"Workers are clueless. Manager is racist and won’t let me exchange or return a newly bought item. He kept my product and didn’t give my money back. The managers name is Dan and workers gave me a disgusting attitude, definitely don’t recommend this service. I’m now going to go to court to get the justice. DONT BUY FROM SMYTHS TOYS SUPERSTORE IN CROWNPOINT. Such poor service. Once you buy an item they’re not willing to any further exchange or returns. They’re fraud. I bought 3 pushchairs and they’ve done nothing about it. Would honestly rate no stars if I could. No damage to the product and they said they couldn’t deal with it and if my previous product had some fault they said they couldn’t do anything because it wasn’t damage from the manufacturer. They’re racist and useless."
