"The few times I've been in this store the management are always outside vaping and chatting , it's always a mess around the store , rubbish on the floor etc you can't move around easily and definitely no access for pushchairs with all the baskets everywhere. I once asked for help to reach something and was looked up and down like I was an annoyance. They never spoke a word yo me and stomped off , I think that was the assistant manager. Shocking service,"
"awful customer service, lady on the checkout was so rude and didn’t know how to use the register. they charged me for the wrong product which was much more expensive than what i originally was going to pay. security guard was no help he told us to hurry many times and that we were holding up the massive queue behind us that was caused by the cashier being rubbish. she had to call over the manager multiple times as she did not know how to work the register! will NOT be coming here again"
