"Awful store. Went in today to get some food, a young Asian man was serving at the till. He was helping a customer when an older White female employee came around and shouted at him in front of us all. The poor kid looked terrified. I'm a regular and he appeared to be a new employee. This was utter disrespect and degradation of a human being. I will never set foot in this store again. The management appears to be awful if they're treating their employees like this."

"Very expensive store. All the food items are expansive. The meal deal here is more expensive than anywhere at St James hospital where it is situated. some of the staff are rude. You might think that it will be cheaper as it is situated in the hospital but no it seems like it aims for the staff who are on a high salary and not the patients."
