"DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS !!!!!!! Booked to clean my Dads house. He is still living in the house and has vascular dementia. Price agreed £1400 cash . Walked around the house and showed him what to clean and what to leave. Dad uses two room, bedroom and living room. Returned to find they had cleared the whole house taking his carpets, curtains, bedding, clothing, personal possessions, kettle etc plus things like his glasses and worse of all old photographs and memories from the two rooms we told them to leave!! Absolutely devastated for my Dad. Will not take responsibility for what he has done. Clearly left his workers ( non English speaking males) to empty the house while he was elsewhere!! Cost us £700 to replace all the items in my dads house so he can continue to live there!! Disgusting!!! Do not book them!! They are crooks!!! Taking advantage of the vulnerable"
