"They were here for only 2 hours for a deep clean. The house doesn’t look much different. I went around afterwards and noticed so much left untouched, staff were friendly though, but £325 for a light clean that was meant to be a deep cleaning service is daylight robbery. I will not be using them again. I’m not happy with the service received and I do not recommend their services for deep cleaning at least."

"Had a knee op and wasn't able to keep up with cleaning for a while . Had them come once a week, always arrived on time with all the equipment and products they needed. Cleaners very nice ladies did a really good job to a high standard. Would highly recommend."

"Maids do a 'surface level' clean. Bins wasnt emptied. There was no attempt to move items (i.e. Tea and coffee pot) to clean behind or under them. Maids had to be reminded to dust surfaces and clean mirror and fire place. Management are extreamly unproffessional and rude especially when these issues were raised. This is one of the more expensive companys; however, you dont get much for your money. Very disappointed and would not reccomend wasting the time or money with this company."
