"I have just been to this store being disabled and walking all the way to top up my gas as it was getting low, I get to the front door, a woman leaves and a member of staff lock's the door, I went there as it says the store is open until 10.00pm, it was closed up at 20.15pm as I was stood outside, thank you Coop for a unnecessary journey to top up my gas, I'm in pain with my left leg having recurring blood clots, why was the store closed early,? "Always a queue and never enough staff on tills, I went early and there were no sandwiches, queuing for tills is awkward too....down the middle aisle so no one can pass!"
"One particular member of staff is constantly rude! Not what you need at end of a much harder and longer working day than her's! Range not bad for a small shop. Unfortunately the staff for whatever reason have been given headsets. Whilst I was attempting to get served the lady was busy asking the manager to reserve her some discounted HAM and completely ignoring me. Unfortunately she can't multitask so getting served was a drawn out procedure. Very rude in my opinion."
"The cashier(Gill??) Would do better if she didn't chat for half an hour while a massive queue builds up. She eventually called for her manager to come help as it had grown beyond her control"
"Went in to purchase one small item last week, by the time I had reached the counter, 5 days had passed, Boris Johnson had resigned and England were out of the world cup. The queue in this shop is always longer than a mardi gras conga line, due to general dithering, nattering and super slow motion of the staff. Avoid if you need a paper fast, enter if you want a good gossip about Margarets new fancy man."
