"awful experience, was charged £185 for a "end of tenancy clean". Most things aren't included in the clean until you ask. Lies after lies saying an area has been cleaned just for me to find out that it's full of dust and hair, and most definitely not sanitised! Ended up doing the rest of the cleaning myself and having to share my cleaning products with the cleaners as they couldn't wait to pack up their stuff and go home. Apalling service, cleaners who charged me £30 did 10x better."
