"Ordered on 6th December, seeing other comments and reviews I have no hope of my children's presents arriving before Christmas. On checking Companies House, the company has no officers, no director, has submitted accounts for a dormant company (clearly active, accepting payments) and had been in action for compulsory strike off due to late submission of accounts. Avoid at all costs. Taking payment with no intention of shipping orders. Not declaring company accounts or paying corporation tax. I will be reporting this, avoid at all costs."

"I have been waiting for an order since 4th Nov its now 1st Dec, the customer service team told me I should be aware of the warehouse issues from seeing posts on social media, I don't follow them on social media!! on the website it said 10 day delivery delay so yeah no worries but that's not true!! 4 weeks and it's not even been looked at but they've taken the money!! Still receiving black Friday advertising emails saying to buy your Xmas gifts now but they don't state that it won't arrive until Xmas 2025!! Was willing to hang on and see if they can sort it but seeing these reviews saying it's been ongoing since September that's just embarrassing for them!! Not happy at all, I will now cancel my order."

"Have used this company in the past and will continue to use. Placed an order on the 7/11 and received an update email a few working days later stating that orders were delayed due to a warehouse move. Still hadn’t heard anything so emailed the email address on the website and got a reply a couple of days later explaining the issues and that a dispatch email should soon arrive. Another couple of days later I received a dispatch email and received my order the next day. A few of the items were missing from the order so I contacted them again and they swiftly advised that the missing items were out of stock and I would receive a refund for them. I think the warehouse move / demand at Christmas time has obviously taken its toll especially for some people who haven’t received their orders but the service I received from the company throughout was great despite there being a unavoidable delay with my order."

"Have ordered from them before and no problem. Have been waiting for order since 8/10. Managed to chat with someone on the chat on the website(which is not on now) and was told there was a problem in the warehouse and it has now been rectified and my order should be sent out soon. They would give me a £10 voucher of my next order. Haven't received that either. Have waited 6 weeks before leaving a review and after no correspondence, no up dates and no order they don't even deserve a 1 star. Stay Clear"
