"The management in this store (Chris) behaviour was very rude as well as the staff. The level of customer service is awful. I will never ecommend or visit this store every again. This store either should be closed down or get staff who are able to deliver excellent customer service."
"I wouldnt even give this Keighley store a 1 star rating it's -0 . The management as well as staff have the worst customer service. I went to purchase some vitamins and was asking for advise from a lady called Lilia who was the most unhelpful and extremely rude person. When I was unsure about price Lilias reply was 'can't you see' I stayed quite. Then I continued to ask questions regardless of what she said then she said to me 'let me answer' then my 3 year old nephew was saying mummy mummy and Lilia had no right to tell my nephew 'shhhuuchhh be quite' no child should be told by a stranger to be quite. When I spoke to manger Chris he completely bypassed what I said and laughed. This is disgusting behaviour from any adult and I will never use this store again and will always tell family and friends never to visit this store. I have also logged a formal complaint with the headoffice and awaiting a reply back."
