"Visited here today at 11.15 and wow all I can say is the staff moved so slow it was unbelievable not one cracked a smile. This was apparent at the changing rooms where 4+ staff members were in a small room waiting for the strike of 11:00 so they'd let people in and also experienced at the tills, at one point there were 30 people in the queue and one person serving. A member of staff then walked on over without any haste to get to till number four. The lady behind me got called to till 4 and she said wow looks like I've got Mr Quick ! Lol. I have never seen such depression between sales staff, it was as if none of them wanted to be there, and we were getting in the way of their day. I think some team training is here."
