"Cannot get in touch at all. I ordered using click and collect and only have 2 days to collect it. Which is not clear when you buy it. I have tried and tried to call them at so many different times and no one answers at all. Just rings out. So now I am trying to see if I can collect it a little later and no answer. So no doubt my order will now be cancelled because no one bothered to help."

"What a pleasure it was to shop at this store today , staff were so pleasant and helpful when asked about items they took you to them and then offered to take them to the cash desk . We found an item we bought was to big for our car the lovely manager arranged for a home delivery . Exceptional service from every member of staff we dealt with , they are a credit to the company . "Tried phoning to make an enquiry about a faulty purchase - the phone just rang and rang - tried several times, dreadful service. I was trying to save myself a journey to the store. I phone Smyths on Edge Lane and got a reply immediately, the lady who I spoke to said 'oh yes they are awful at answering the phone' This needs sorting out and quickly."
