"Impressive layout and fun day out with the family. Birthday party bookings are available but they lack that personal touch in the delivery. Wheel chair access is poor with no lifts available to the main observation area upstairs. Cafee can't support hot food demands when birthday bookings are taking place."
"Brilliant place hence 5stars however cpl of pointers the Halloween evet last year was so much better all the staff were dressed up and were really into everything they played lots of games and kids had a ball this year seemed a little laid back for same price ... however the staff are all top notch go above and beyond to help and get everything u need .... the kids are safe and really ended there play food was really nice too"

"Had voucher for 4 people through Sky VIP and due to some of the group having Covid at the time of booking they were very helpful and allowed us to use after expiry and split the voucher over 2 dates, then carried one over again when we had a problem so we could use all the vouchers. Had a little problem with the last one but sorted in the end. My son loves it here, been with friends and on his own and always enjoys it. Loads to do, good size, nice and clean, plenty of friendly staff keeping an eye on the kids and lots of seating for spectators."
