"We purchased our Season Spa in July last year, and it's been great. We love it. We had some issues with the control panel, but this was speedily rectified. I couldn't fault the team at the speed of the replacement part and fitting this. Everyone was super friendly in the show room, we got to sit in and try out various tubs before we made our decision. No pressure on the sales part, was a really enjoyable experience. Great customer service and I fully trust the support we'd get from them should we need it later down the line. - spot on. If anything maybe a little more information upfront on the plug and play model about the cabling we would need to have available for the installation, (luckily we had an electrician round when they came to install so plenty of cable available). and that the lid lifter would need to be fitted ourselves.
