The keepers are so knowledgeable, kind and friendly; they genuinely care for their alpacas and clearly enjoy their work. We would highly recommend this experience to anyone, young or old. "Staff greeted us on our arrival (we had booked as a group, all 3 tents) Took time to explain to the kids in our party about the magic bucket, which was a lovely touch. Portaloos on site, one for each tent. Tents are well spaced out across the paddock, our party ended up all gathering around one fire pit though! Each tent had double bed and 2x single futons, keeps the heat in surprisingly well! No running water / electricity, small inverter for charging tablets or phones. Cutlery, plates provided in a little hamper in each tent. Will be looking at booking for 2022."
