"I found Joannes Florist online and am so glad that I did. The Blue Collection as per photo was for my late Aunt who passed away suddenly in Hospital. Even though the Funeral Directors was approx. 12 miles away, all went to plan and the Flowers arrived in good time (apologies as during the upsetting time I may have given B26 instead of B28 postcode). Thankfully all arrived fine. I had to call Joanne a few times with various queries and her attitude, manner and empathy made the whole experience easy.
