"Avoid at all cost. Took my car to be diagnosed as to the juddering I was experiencing. I was NOT told this would cost me anything when I called to book it in so this came as a bit of a surprise and I was charged £60 for “diagnostic”. However, they were not able to tell me what was actually wrong with the car and just referred me to the codes on their machine and said I could take pictures of that. Absolutely clueless."
"Took my mercedes a class automatic to this garage and was charged 850 pounds for a ecu and gearbox inspection. The car was still juddering after the work and was done. We Have a 12 month warranty. Phoned the garage up and booked it in for a inspection to find the fault and did not get a phone call so I chased them up . They never looked at the car and just handed the keys back with no dialogue. So 850 pounds down and now to take it somewhere else for a garage to sort it out properly. The owner should be ashamed of conducting business in this way. Never use this garage you have been warned"
