"Bob goes above and beyond for his customers, initially went as I failed my MOT as my headlight wasn't working properly. Bob found corrosion in my headlight and wires and told me what parts to get, and checked they were right once I got them. He recommended an electrician who deals with second-hand parts to fit and re-wire my headlight, who did an amazing job and made sure I pass my next MOT by checking over my vehicle and adjusting my headlights. I am so pleased with his welcoming and professional service, I will be back again for anything regarding my car! "Took my Audi Q5 in for a diagnostic due to a fault from the engine management light warning. I explain that I am deaf and Bob was fantastic and he explain everything in great detail I fully understood what Bob said. Took it back a week later to have it fixed after the parts arrived the lads have done a fantastic job, and they have shown me the old parts they took out from my car which I was surprised by.
