The chap who I was served by was very polite and friendly, cancelled and refunded the incorrect order and as the item was in stock at this branch, I walked out with what I’d come for in less than 10 mins and was saved the hassle of making another trip. "Purchased a sofa £400 and 14 months later I complain that the cushions are flat where we sit. Really uncomfortable, sofa squeaks and been fixed once but squeaks in other areas now.
