"Spoke to the most rude women on the phone.. with no manners! Absolute joke of a company of they employ people with no phone skills and rude when speaking to customers! Recommended anyone considering using this company not to! If they had an option of no star I'd be clicking that!"

"Woman who answered the phone on 2 occasions was very patronising and rude, we were clearly an inconvenience. We had been without a washing machine for a week, we’d have expected some empathy not an attitude… They arrived on the 1st visit with wrong part and told us they would be back on 2 following days (on which we’d taken days off work). If Beko contract this company to fix your appliance, I would strongly suggest you request another contractor."

"You have to add one star., but not worth that. The engineer turned up to repair a stuck in start button, he turned up laughed and said 'iv not got one. the company will be in touch, they will order one'. Why do you ring up and explain the problem and wait a week for them to do that. What shocking service. You should avoid these."

"A huge thankyou to Nigel who came out and replaced the broken pump on my washing machine. He was a very pleasant and cheerful gentleman who fixed my washing machine in no time at all. I've also spoken several times to the ladies in the office to arrange/rearrange the appointment and have found them them all to be very friendly and helpful. My washing machine is still under warranty so this company was the chosen repair provided by the manufacturer. When my product is out of warranty I would use Dill & Sons again. I cannot comment on the other negative reviews but my own experience has been nothing but positive. It's a 10 out of 10 from me. Thankyou again for the fantastic service."

"As previously stated in other reviews, there are mixed reviews for this company so I was quite on edge when Domestic and General organised for them to come and repair my dishwasher. But, I literally can't fault them at all. The people I spoke to on the phone were lovely, the first guy who came out to diagnose the machine was a friendly young chap who knew what he was talking about. Some parts needed ordering (which they did) for the repair so about a week later when the parts arrived, another chap came to repair it, he also was friendly and fitted the new parts. It's been about two months since the repair and the machine is like new again. Highly recommend :)"
