The Staff are very welcoming and couldn't be more helpful and the house is everything you need, Location is Ideal and couldn't be handier for shops, restaurants, bars and tourist attractions etc. Have been staying with York holiday homes since I was a child, I'm now 18 and couldn't imagine staying anywhere else. "I have been using York Holiday Homes since 1989. We normally stay in one of the Turks Head houses, which have always been perfect for us, with the houses being close to the city centre, clean and very comfortable to stay in. This was our first holiday just the two of us again without the grown up children. We decided to stay at Mulberry Cottage, we were not disappointed what I liked most about this extremely comfortable and homely house was having the little garden. We were very lucky with the weather and was sunny every day so were able to sit outside and enjoy the sun and watch the world go by. Its still very close to the city centre and all the amenities York has to offer. We love coming to York and will continue to use York Holiday Homes. "As a city, my family and I love York. If we ever leave Scotland to move south, we will move to York. We have been many times and have stayed with York holiday homes several times and have a week booked in August, again staying at Turks Head court. All their properties are of extremely high standards, really well presented and clean. Prime locations with excellent amenities close by. The recent addition of WiFi at their Turks Head court residence is good, but it was deathly slow most of the time so I'm hoping it will be better when we are there in August. The staff are simply amazing. Real nice and friendly. My father in law had major car troubles during the last few days of our last stay which required his car to be put into the Ford garage for repairs. The garage needed more time as they were waiting on a part being sent by courier which hadn't​ arrived, this was on our check-out day. York holiday homes were amazing and allowed us to stay in the home beyond the check-out time without a penalty charge. It was really quite a stressful time but it would have been more stressful if it wasn't for the understanding of York holiday homes. Fortunately, the car was repaired quickly and we were able to leave only a little later than planned. It's this level of customer care that will keep us returning to York holiday homes time and again, and we are looking forward to our next stay in August 2017. Fingers crossed the sun will be shining !"
