"compared to other sue ryders Ive visited this shop has a very poor selection"
"I arranged for a collection to this particular branch as it's only 0.2 miles from my residemce. I gave them my details along with my phone number. I was told that the van will come at anytime between 9:00 am to 1:30 pm and that the van driver will call before he arrives at your place. I waited and waited untill I called them at mid afternoon and was informed we passed your house but we saw that a post man was knocking and no one answered. Therefore we left, which is lie because we opened the door and collected the post. We didn't see anyone, I reminded them that they stated someone would call before collection. Then they stated we will come around to yours in an hour's time and we will call you nearer your place. Guess what no one did. Then I called the shop again at about 1:30 pm, I was told they had just come for lunch and running late due to weather conditionsc and will leave in a bit. Then I called them up at 3:30 pm as no one had turned up yet. I was told by the shop keeper they are in bloxwich and stuck their as they are stuck in the property. I was informed that they will definitely come by evening. I questioned how reliable is that when since last 6 hours I have been lied to. The lady at shop said we will do it promptly tomorrow morning. I told her I have other commitments can they send someone in the afternoon. You guessed it right noone turned up."
