"Dint in Van after leaving it with them Gave me the keys to someone else’s car when I came to pick up mine!!! Turned up- ringing the bell nobody in. Stood there a good while. The problem was that the breaks were sticking- they cleaned them and then said they think it’s a problem with the clutch. Quoted me 700 gbp. So I another quote somewhere else for 300. Picked up the vehicle and it was absolutely FINE with no problems anymore... cleaning the breaks had fixed it alone. Appears there is no need for a new clutch. Had to hire a vehicle while I was waiting to use the van again as I thought it was in-drivable -£150 GBP because they didn’t communicate accurately the problem with the vehicle. Thankfully not -700 because I didn’t take them up on the work. Bad organisation and communication."
"Can't comment on quality of their work as they never did anything. After three days l picked my car up in frustration. Total waste of time and left me without transport for no benefit. They also left my keys unattended on reception window sill. So l was able to walk in get my keys and drive off. Lucky it wasn't by someone else! Avoid!"
"I was quoted £186.00 for repairs including Parts/Labour and VAT. On arrival to collect my car it went up to 214.43. I am disgusted at their price height since my quote was considerably lower. After stating that the work and repairs on on my car are satisfactory."
