"I called in here to have my tyres checked. A chap popped out and announced that I needed a minimum of three tyres, possibly two at a push and suggested that one of them was 'right down to the cords' on the inside. I subsequently found out that I had to take the vehicle elsewhere to an approved garage, specifically an ATS. On attending the ATS I was informed that all three tyres had 4.5mil left and they did not need replacing. They even showed me the readings and also allowed me to see the tyre that was allegedly 'down to the cords'. It was not! So what has happened during my visit to Copeland Auto Repair Services Ltd? Was it incompetence, or was it a deliberate lie to sell tyres that still had nearly 3mil of tread left? I'll let you decide, but suffice to say, I'll never visit them again."
"Late review but had them take a look at my car last year when a fault came up on the car. Needed a glow plug replacing. Left the car with them and they got it sorted . Very reliable and well priced garage. Highly recommend them . Probably won’t take my car elsewhere now as everyone else near me recommends them."
