"My vehicle was booked in for a windscreen replacement on my site, but they arrived with another broken windscreen It was rebooked for me to take the vehicle to them, when I arrived I was informed it would be a 3 Hour wait as other folk also had been given that time slot too The job was completed by a pleasant technician, but the initial organisation was poor"
"The guy we spoke to initially was really lovely and friendly. We dropped the car off around 1.45, we'd been told it would take 1.5 hours to finish. We went to get some food around the corner then walked around for a bit expecting a call at about 3.30. We still hadn't heard anything by 4pm, so we went back to see if it was done. It was, and who's to say how long it had been sat ready and waiting! Also they didn't reattach the camera properly, and it feel off the next day, almost causing my dad to have an accident!"
"Absolutely faultless service!! I had a damage to my glass on a Friday evening; the team I spoke to on the phone and they made a booking for Saturday morning. There was a complication along the way which the team at the Autoglass centre couldn't have been more helpful in resolving (keeping me informed along the way). Car left a couple of hours later with new glass and a happy customer."
"Avoid like the plague. Currently awaiting contact from their warranty team as this is how they left my 4 month old car after windscreen replacement. Absolutely terrible workmanship, not to mention grubby black finger prints left all over the interior aswell. Failed to properly calibrate all my ADAS leaving me without the distance warning feature in my car. They advertise that they can do this however the guy who handed me my key back said they don't even have the proper equipment on site to do it and have to speak to another company over the phone who talk them through it. I would give 0 stars if I could, stay away from these cowboys."
"My car was broken into and the person smashed the window. Within two days, autoglass was able to fix the window and it was easy with the insurance thankfully. It was quick as it took them only an hour and they had a nice waiting room with heating and free instant coffee. Would absolutely recommend."
