"My DC40, 7yrs old, suddenly had a fault just before Christmas - brush bar stopped working. Tried the basics myself. Machine definitely not just clogged, so called CS Dyson servicing & repair. The lady fully explained the servicing/diagnostic process, that any parts recommended are optional, and all parts fitted have a 12mth guarantee. Thought its worth trying to repair rather than replace at hundreds of pounds. Lee has repaired my vacuum this am, fitting a new brush bar motor, and thoroughly checking and cleaning the machine. I cannot fault this service from the phone call to completion. Honest, friendly, and cost effective. I've no hesitation to highly recommend this company. This was the first time I've contacted them but will definitely use again."
