"No picture on Sony TV. Steve was called. Came the next day and explained the issue. The TV would need a major rebuild and parts to arrive from China(reason explained and justifiable) because of this the tv repair would take six to eight weeks. We didn't have another set and Steve offered a loan tv free of charge! As promised Steve kept us updated on the progress of the replair. I now have a tv with new parts that will last another five years. All work was completed at a reasonable price point for me. From beginning to end Steve was extremely professional and explained everything regarding the problem and what it would require to fix the TV. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services.
