I had two quotes and wanted to compare the screens being offered. No issue about paying travel was expressed. However I travel nearby you regularly. I expressed at the time that I'd rung in the evening hoping to leave a message requesting a quote. You decided to take my call, and I apologized if I'd disturbed. At no point whatsoever is/was your product quality or craftmanship questioned. When you called me to reply to the above text about tinting and if OEM unit, you were evidently annoyed/angry. When asked why you asked why I was checking if it was a proper screen, and accused me of "messing you around". No customer wants sycophancy and I respect frankness, but a modicum of decency is fair T expectation. The call lasted a total of 1min 14sec before I was cut off, I suppose that is a way of indicating you dont want the custom. There was understandably talking over each other and raised voices - no ranting for minutes in our 1minute call. Re nothing better to do? I had asked a fair and reasonable question in a polite manner. I then followed up with civil text messages to try to resolve for both of us. No reply received from you. Whilst you are entitled to say what you wish about me, you have not met me and I have been reasonable with you. I shall not belittle your products or craftmanship.
