The Phone Doctor were clear there could be no guarantees but quoted a competitive price for a check which included the return postage by Royal Mail Special Delivery and quickly told me what extra parts were required. The initial payment was not required until the phone had been received and the extra parts payment was not requested until the work was complete. Communication was excellent and I got my phone back & working in less than a week."
