In the hallway we have expensive carpet and one day somebody didn't take their shoes off and worse had oil on the soles which embedded itself into the places they walked along on the carpet. I pretty much tried every on the shelf product to clean myself but nothing worked. Even got professionals in and they basically said, 'no way will that come out' and that we would have to change our carpet'. Then someone we know well recommended these guys and said just try them and will not be disappointed. Reluctantly decided to give them a go... and those who had previously seen the carpet thought we'd had brand new carpet fitted. The results are genuinely amazing!! "Absolutely first rate service from Ash and Alan! The process was clearly explained from the outset and explanations and advice were given throughout, and it was very obvious these guys are highly professional and take pride in their work! Ash took enormous care to ensure that my new paintwork wasn't damaged, (even placing foam over the equipment to be used and brushing the edges of each doorway by hand!). He offered valuable advice so that my new doors were protected, too. They have commercial grade equipment for cleaning and drying, and stayed as long as it took to do a first class cleaning job and ensure that I wasn't left with soggy carpets. I couldn't be more pleased by this friendly, responsive, knowledgeable and very professional team and the work completed and would highly recommend them, if you want a job well done!"
