"I have been remiss in not providing a review of House, who did a clean for us when we moved out of our old apartment. They were absolutely great. Really friendly, very relaxed about the fact we were still moving stuff out while they were trying to clean, extremely thorough and most definitely 'went the extra mile' in terms of cleaning fixtures and fittings and were completely unphased by the fact the place was rather bigger than they had anticipated and therefore required more time. Having seen the results of a few other cleaning companies, I would say these guys were in a class above. It was all round a really, really first class job and I would highly recommend them."
"I used this service to have our house professionally cleaned before we let it out. They did a great job of cleaning the oven, but there were a number of things which didn't get done. Bins and microwave weren’t cleaned at all, the floors weren’t properly cleaned, kitchen worktops still had dust and dirt all over then, some places like the mantle piece and fire surround were not dusted. Washing machine was not cleaned either. Apart from the oven and fridge the cleaning was not to a good standard and I’ve had to do quite a bit myself. They offered to send the cleaners back out but would only arrange at a time that wasn’t suitable for me so they offered a £30 refund which I don’t think was adequate given the amount of things that weren’t cleaned at all or properly. If you have high cleaning standards I would not recommend this service."
