"I had a washing machine installation booked with HBS for 3pm on 24/09. I called them at 12pm confirming the appointment time and location to which he agreed that it was going ahead. After repeatedly telling me he would 100% be there at 3pm, HBS messaged me at 2:53pm saying "can I be wit you in an hour" - 7 minutes before the appointment was due to start. I was extremely disappointed as I took time off work for this, it has affected my family and inconvenienced us. The whole manner of cancelling the appointment was unprofessional."
