"Drove from Durham to Huddersfield to collect my new a class as my local dealer could not do the same deal. Had no problems at all with the dealership and Craig the salesperson was great."
"We have had a horrible experience at Mercedes in Huddersfield. After less than 4 months our brand new leather seats started to rupture and buckle under our weight (we are normal weight). We reported it early to avoid the problem getting worse. From the very start the service team has been completely unresponsive. We had to call almost every day and physically go in to the dealership just so that someone would agree to see the car. When they did it was immediately fobbed off as an external influence and not covered by warranty. We strongly disagreed and after pressing them we were told photos would be sent to Mercedes. We never heard back and after two months I finally got through only to be told that Mercedes said it was a foreign object. We insisted on it being looked at again and more photos were taken and sent off. Again we heard nothing. After another month and a half we finally got through and were told that Mercedes had actually approved a repair and that the car just needed to be booked in. We thought that finally our persistence would give us a fair outcome. Instead we never did get a call to be booked in and as per usual left messages for call backs to no avail. We decided to physically go in again to book the car in but instead after waiting 45 minutes we were told that they had to inspect the car again. I was told by two consecutive managers that it was external influence. I explained in great detail how it could not be the case and that I was told Mercedes had approved a repair anyway. The managers then had the sheer audacity to deny that I ever had a conversation with the service team member saying the repair had been approved. I explained that this was very poor customer service and they were just playing games with us and wasting our time. I was then told that I could pay for the repair and have the car sent away to be inspected but if found not to be covered by warranty then I would have to foot the bill. So we were back to square one again and accused of fabricating the conversation where we were told the repair was approved. Never again with this Mercedes dealership and to anyone else daring to use them please be prepared for incompetence, delays, denial and false accusations should anything go wrong with your new vehicle."
"Me and my husband have visited twice in the hopes of buying me a car. We were really unhappy with their customer service on both occasions. They are not approachable and they make it seem like they are doing you a favour by getting the car keys for you so you can have a look around. They really need to take some tips from the Audi and BMW showrooms on the same road whose customer service is top notch! We are in a position to compare as we have purchased cars from these showrooms in the past."

"We bought an approved used Mercedes car from the Huddersfield Mercedes garage. The car has been fine until it developed a clonking noise. We booked the car in for a warranty repair however the customer service was horrendous. It turned out our car had been involved in an accident (as identified by the Leeds Mercedes Garage) which they denied and after having our car for 2 days had failed to even make a start on the work. We are forced to leave the car with then for another 3 days over the weekend whilst they try to fix the problem. We will see what happens? Shocking customer services, no offer of courtesy car and no commitment of when the work would be finished, just an excuse that they had been very busy. Definitely DO NOT recommend!!!!"
