"So I went to reception I was greeted very politely ,but i had a very bad experience there staff don't know what they are doing as they are not keeping a count of the people going in should the computer that let the person who is booking in know that there is only 50 people aloud in the pool and the put a stop to it then. the on-site manager Lee was very rude also. And I don't understand if you are having an be active scheme going on for those who are working and those who are not at work . How can you be teaching a swimming lesson on that very same time scale as a family of 7, we had to change the kids into swimming costumes and so on, when we got to the pool we was told we can't go in because the people was full. i think they need a reassessment of what they are doing."

"You have to wait a long time at reception just to gain access to facilities. It’s a little dirtier than you’d like. People spitting on changing room floors, no control over the people that go in and out of the sauna. But on the flip side the staff are friendly and the gym is a good size and has a range of equipment"
"Good facilities and polite staff HOWEVER very understaffed so it takes 10-20mins minimum to speak to a receptionist to pay for a swim and they will never answer the phone so don't bother calling. The website's swimming timetable is NEVER updated correctly so be careful about telling children you're going swimming as you will frequently be disappointed. Really need to employ more receptionists. I would not recommend this leisure centre."
