My last visit though I was getting very annoyed , Not at the staff but at this awful woman giving the poor reception lady grief at having to pay a percentage for a friend's dog's treatment. "I am writing this on behalf of my dad, I had problems with my dog Bruce so I took him to Blue Cross. The vet that saw to him was Nadine. What a credit to blue cross and a great vet. She saw to Bruces problems and kept me up to date. She was very helpful, explaining things to me and when I asked her the same thing more than once she was very patient and understanding. Thank you Nadine from Charles and Bruce (the dog)."
"Amazing service, even though it takes you ages to book an appointment, but when it comes to emergency you can count with them, they save my dog, from another dog attack, he had to have a emergency surgery at Victoria Blue cross hospital, and I can only have thankful words for the whole, team.
