"obviously I have everything to prove what I say ... I am Luca M. order 2644 I initially requested information at the email for an important purchase (more than 800 pounds) and initially the exchange was professional and polite, when I decided and awaited an answer I placed the order on the website by paying, the next day he writes me for the cost of shipping needs an integration (more than double) which I considered inappropriate and unjustified (he did not show me a higher transport invoice, just shut up and pay), to my refusal to pay anything else since I think I have already paid a lot, he canceled my order and after 2 days I am still waiting for the refund. moreover, the exchange of e-mails has become offensive (I would have a brain with sick cells, bad customer, etc ...) and with threats that if I had negatively reviewed he would have badly reviewed my activities (I do not understand the connection having not taken anything from They) . he will also be an excellent craftsman (which I can only speculate as he did not want to send his products to me), but he is a bad contact with customers. it would have been enough to show me that the shipment cost more than the one declared on the portal and I would have had no problem paying if it showed me that the transporter required more. shut him up and pay after taking the order without proving how much more you request than your portal is not only unprofessional, but it is on the verge of scam \ theft! if I will not have the return soon, I will start the procedures for reporting to the police through lawyer. they sell on ZEDPERFORMANCE , email by mark and account by Topsy Kretts"

"Bought a recon cylinder block they were selling on ebay travelled 170 miles to collect to find the one for sale is not listed said they would refund the cost of item but not the 40 pounds fuel i used round trip for there listing error . 7 hour round trip for nothing and one guy started to get a bit hostile thought it best to leave than risk getting s smack in the mouth"
"Rude with an attitude that beggars be-leaf swearing and talking as if you were something they trod in when told that there was 3 marks on my vehicle that were not there when i took the car to them,Which was 07-01-2016 and returned on the 11/01/2016 for a Rocker Cover Gasket to be replaced 3 days for a job that takes less then 2hrs with no consideration for your inconvenience,i will never use this company again,You as a company dealing with members of the public need to put yourselves on management courses to learn how to deal with customers with respect and not attitude."
