"I never had such poor service . No curtesy car as promised. 3 weeks to repair wing mirror, which turned out to be wrong one, sent mobile mechanic to repair in, only to cause another fault. Arranged date for another repair, swapped days off at work, sat at home waiting for mechanic only to be informed he's gone home as on half days holiday. Problem still not sorted. I dispair"

"No fault with the completed work or staff I dealt with but multiple broken delivery dates when I had taken time off work to be told it was not coming back due to 'driver finding fault with finish'. Strange as the first time I got the car back it arrived with a large scratch along the passenger door. After proving the damage was done at Activate the car went back again for them to repair. Was told the car was being returned a week later and again it didn't arrive. Finally got the car back today and yes they have done a good job but totally spoiled by the aftercare and customer service. Very very hard to get hold of. Even my insurance company were having issues contacting them! Sort out the issues!"
