"Another five star vote for Christian. When my gas boiler failed during a cold snap I tried calling several firms that claimed to offer a 24-7 emergency service. I'm still waiting for most of them to call me back as they just went to voicemail , though one did answer but couldn't take a look for more than a week. When I found Christian''s number he answered the phone immediately and came round to take a look just a few hours later. A major component had failed but he was able to source it and he replaced it the next morning. He then gave the boiler a full service and balanced a couple of radiators that weren't heating properly. Very reasonable price and extremely helpful, he comes highly recommended."
