Wow within a few hours turned up spent 2 hours taking it apart testing various components etc eventually found the problem fixed it and charged me peanuts because I was a friend of a friend!! "I rang on Monday morning and Dean arrived, at the time arranged, that afternoon. He fixed my washing machine using parts he had in his van and charged just for the parts plus a very reasonable labour rate. Unfortunately, after he left, I realised the hoses were kinked and the machine wouldn't fill properly but, after I messaged him about this, he was back within 20 minutes to sort it out. An excellent service that I shall definitely use again and would highly recommend. Thank you."
