"We were able to get an appointment on the same day, and got to see the vet spot on time. He was professional but friendly, and put our dog at ease. He quickly diagnosed her problem, and advised us on what we needed to do, and what to do if the problem didn't go away after a week. We have used this practice for many years, and the appointment system works far better than the old "sit and wait" system. However, the prices have gone up..... The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and our dog appreciated the fussing she got from them!!"
"My dog’s treatment at this practice was appalling. We watched a healthy dog suffer for over a year with a constant ear infection which they “treated” by giving him random injections and anti-inflammatory tablets, never once diagnosing the problem. When I asked the very young vet if it was possible to have an allergy test done, I was advised that they don’t have a lab, and when I asked if they’re just going to keep giving injections that hadn’t made a difference in over a year, I was advised “That’s what we do!”. I changed vets the next day, and the problem was diagnosed within two visits. I am so angry that they allowed our do to suffer like this, and would definitely not recommend to anyone."
