"Myself and my husband found the owner of this nursery - Beverly jones, unapproachable, rude and abrupt throughout Alberts experience at first class nursery on most occasions we were greeted by the staff rather than Beverly therefore we kept his place for just over a year. After receiving numerous text messages regarding the hygiene and welfare of children attending first class nursery we rang the nursery to raise questions as any parent would, Beverly took the call and instead of any reassurance I was once again spoken to appallingly and then the phone conversation ending with Beverly putting the phone down on me? which is not what you would expect from a nursery owner. We did express our concerns and feelings in email but received no apology or in fact any communication from Beverly whatsoever which clarified how much she cared about the opinions of parents or her reputation. We are both saddened and disappointed to bring our sons early learning to such an abrupt end and sincerely hope this has no negative impact on him but as parents we both feel it is the right decision and we are looking for a new nursery where as a family we feel valued and welcomed."
"Both of my children have attended here from baby room right though to preschool. From day 1 they have shown a personal touch and understood our children's needs. This was shown to the personalised and gentle approach to settling in,flexibility when any extra days or hours needed. Not only do they have a personal touch with the children, this extends to the family too, especially Miss Jo and Miss Vicky. Both of my children have loved every minute here and we are so pleased of how they have progressed during their time here."
