"I'm a massive fan of little Edenville and visit often with my 3 children who all absolutely love it. The owners always go above and beyond to make parents feel welcome and ensure the children have the best time. I had my sons birthday party here and a family Christmas party and nothing is too much trouble. Absolutely wonderful place to visit and amazing value for money."
"My daughter loves this places so much… many lovely memories of her here from just normal play sessions to the fab events that they put on. It’s brilliant and so safe for the little ones too. Plenty of opportunities for little ones to use their imagination and play with others.. my youngest gets excited as soon as she sees the painted castle outside and never wants to go home. It’s a must visit place"
"Lovely place to take your children. I’ve had a couple of my sons birthday parties here too. Staff are really helpful and couldn’t do enough for me. Loads to do for the kids so well worth the price. Such a lovely family run business."
"Been meaning to go here for ages but it was a bit of a let down. Entrance is a small room that's open to the public and the only place to leave a pram unless you plan to lug it up a ton of stairs with your child. In the actual play area the layout is great and the areas have plenty to play with but most things are dirty, some are broken and anything that requires batteries (about 50% of the toys) don't work. The carpet was desperate for a good hoover and most of the hand sanitiser stations were empty. Didn't use the cafe but it looked like there was plenty on offer. Don't think we'll be back"
"I brought my friend here after seeing this online but when we came I felt embarrassed for suggesting it. We were told quite forcefully to read the rules and it actually stated something about adults not being violent in the place which is worrying that it even has to say that! I wasn't keen on putting our stuff in a locker room which we would have to pay to lock and it's completely out of sight so you can't watch your bags. While we were paying and having to read the rules, the card machine was so slow that our children had happily started playing with toys from open, accessible toy boxes placed in the seating area. The lady told us that they weren't allowed to play there and to make the children go through to the play area. The children are both too young to be sent out of sight and they were bored of waiting. (unsure why there are toy boxes if they can't play with them) immediately it felt unwelcoming but the actual play area is brilliant. Unfortunately it seems as though the idea is there but the upkeep is not. There's lots of broken toys and hazards, the carpets are dirty and hadn't been hoovered despite it had only just opened. Some of the rooms smelt weird like damp carpets. My friend sat on the pirate ship with her child and the head of a nail/pin caught her and damaged her pants. The actual idea of it is absolutely brilliant and having a role play village with all different components is one of a kind, theres so much for the children to do, even going to a supermarket and doing their own shopping is so exciting for them - this place could really be something special if it just had a bit more effort put into it."
