"Staff are good however reception isn't great. Last time we went for our little boy they forgot to put us on the system we had arrived. If you ever need to call them their number is always off and you have to leave messages and hope they call you back."

"What a joke this surgery has turned into. My disabled mum waited 45 minutes at freeman's downstairs for them to tell her the prescription wasn't there which I put in a week ago! She was too ill to go back up to the doctors and queue at reception so I phoned for her, 45 minutes on hold to speak to a Receptionist and I was told they were ignoring the phone! When they finally got it sorted she went back down to Freemans to be told the pharmacist was now on his dinner and she would have to wait another half an hour! A disabled woman in agony that could hardly breathe and this is how she's treat! Disgusting treatment from both Wortley beck and Freemans pharmacy!"
